However, if you experience technical difficulties accessing the PDF or printable worksheets, or if the guide content materially differs from its description on our website, please contact us within seven days of purchase.
We will work to resolve access issues promptly. If we cannot provide a functional digital copy, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds for digital products are processed within five to ten business days to your original payment method.
4. Monitor Height Calibration Kit ($89 NZD)
Physical products may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation reference number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or was shipped in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we will process your refund within five to ten business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use or damage beyond inspection.
5. Complete Workspace Assessment ($149 NZD)
The Complete Workspace Assessment is a personalised service that begins once you submit your workspace photographs and measurements. You may cancel your assessment and receive a full refund if you contact us before submitting any materials for evaluation.
Once our team has begun reviewing your submission and preparing your report, the assessment is considered in progress and is not eligible for cancellation or refund. If you are dissatisfied with your assessment report, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a revised report or a follow-up Q&A session at no additional charge.
Refunds for assessment services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted when the service materially fails to meet the description provided on our website or does not reflect the information you submitted.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a Monitor Height Calibration Kit that is faulty, damaged during shipping, or missing components, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including original shipping charges.
